“My name is Rory Patterson. I am a 19 year old college student originally from the Washington DC area but I attended college in New Orleans. I love to write. It's what I do. I have no idea what I am going to do with my life but write. People ask me what I’m going to do after college and I say event planning but what I mean is poet and/or groupie for an up and coming rock band. I love rodents and peaches but I'm terrified of squirrels and blueberries. I believe in god and unicorns (most of the time). When I'm not writing I enjoy sitting by the Mississippi River and looking for rats. This is my first submission to Nowhere Girl.”
